Knowable is an enterprise legal software company that builds CMS tools for contract data and lifecycle management. Through machine learning and legal subject expertise, their platform analyzes over 25 million contract data elements each quarter, transforming paper contracts into usable and insightful data.
During my internship, I worked on designing a contract management feature alongside other design interns and the Head of UX. I conducted user interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability tests with 10+ legal specialists in order to identify pain points and plan feature requirements. Our final project was presented to leadership, and shipped as part of the Q4 engineering sprint.
