Quality in the age of AI
Is the traditional design process a competitive advantage or a liability in a world where shipping is the new research?
Nobody hired you to protect the user
The unspoken reality of being the only designer in the room and what it actually takes to advocate for people in a company that's counting something else.
Design is not decoration
The debate over whether design is a "real" business lever misses the point entirely. The real question is why the people who understand its leverage are so bad at claiming it.
The MVP will ship. But will anyone love it?
Strategic investment can go a long way and why we need to start making that argument in the rooms where it matters.
